About Us
Welcome to Our Bakery Where Every Creation Rises with Flavour, dedicated to baking with love and inspired by the virtues of Andean bread from the Táchira region.
As a local business, we are committed to providing you with a unique experience through the taste of the finest bread made with sweet sourdough.
It's important to highlight that Andean bread has its roots in the Táchira state of Venezuela, and its unique recipe has been passed down through generations. In our bakery, we honor this tradition by using traditional and ancient family recipes.
Our secret lies in the sweet sourdough , a natural ferment that uses yeasts and bacteria present in the environment to bring each of our creations to life.
So come and be amazed by Andean bread and let us be your choice for sharing with your family.

Without further ado, we invite you to immerse yourself in this video inspired by the delicious Andean bread.
Talvina
Is a naturally fermented sourdough with a high sugar content. For many years, it has been a fundamental component in the preparation of the bread in the Andes region, particularly in the Táchira region of Venezuela. It serves as the base for creating a variety of breads, each with unique sizes and shapes, including Andean Gocho or Cameleon bread, Guava bread, and many more.
Talvina is nurtured with water, flour, sugar, papelón, and spices, imparting the bread with a remarkable flavor, delightful aromas, and a soft, irresistible consistency. My Talvina is almost three years old, and I named it “Queniquea” which is a small agricultural town in Táchira, the state where I was born.
This name, Queniquea, originates from the indigenous Queniques
